The Pool Guy offers many services including scheduled maintenance, equipment installation,
pool-spa energy savings recommendations, as well as green to clean, chemical balancing, sales and service chemicals, filters, pumps, swimming pool cleaners, salt, and heating system.

Your monthly service will include the following:

Four weekly stops per month

A Professional chemical analysis including: Chlorine/Bromine/Salt-Ph-Alkalinity-Calcium-Chlorine stabilizer.

Addition of liquid and/or tablet chlorine, acid., are added to help keep the Swimming Pool, Spa or Hot Tub in the ideal chemical range.
If Specialty chemicals or services are needed, prices vary on treatment needed for Swimming pool or spa.

Check/clean all baskets and bags related to the Swimming Pool, Spa or Hot Tub.

Check the pump, motor, filter, time clock, and all other related equipment for proper operation.

Skim-net-brush-vacuum as needed to keep Swimming Pool, Spa or Hot Tub clean.

Keep owner aware of any mechanical or chemical problems that may arise.

Keep owner aware on new and cost saving improvements in the Swimming Pool, Spa or Hot Tub industry.

As a Pool Guy route customers. You will enjoy a 10% or more discount on all parts.

Owner/Tenant Responsibilities:

Maintain proper water level in Swimming Pool, Spa or Hot Tub at all times.

Keep all plants and trees trimmed away from Swimming Pool, Spa or Hot Tub and related equipment (extra time for cleaning can be added to monthly invoice).

Run Pool / Spa filter for at least 4-6 hours per day as needed for proper filter turn over of water.

Repair or replace bad or tired equipment.

Provide a water hose with close access to fill the Swimming Pool, Spa or Hot Tub and for the safe mixing of chemicals.

Have solar cover removed for service.
Solar cover removal is not covered under my current insurance policy.

Extra Charges during the year:

Complete filter breakdown Clean and inspect all internal and external parts. O-rings are checked, lubricated. The filter is reassembled and tested. DE is added if needed. Sand filters are extra.
This service is performed twice a year Spring and Fall $135

Spring chemical balance for swimming pools Includes Cyuanuric Acid, Calcium, and Alkalinity levels are replenished after the rainy season has ended. Chlorine tablets, Liquid Chlorine and Muriatic Acid are also included during the all year long for swimming pools and spas $130-$275

Spa or hot tub drain and clean Water is drained, filters are cleaned, inside surface is wiped down, chemical levels are restored and controls are checked for proper operation $135

Billing Information:

You will be billed on the 1st of each month.
Payment is due on the 15^th of that month.
If payment is not received by the next billing cycle, a $25.00 late fee will be added and service may be discontinued.

The Pool Guy will be closed Christmas
thru the first week in January.

Monthly Charges

Commercial pools service starts @ $305 per month
(2 visits per week in season,1 visit per week the rest of the year)*

Home pool or spa service starts @ $145 per month
(Once per week)*

*Monthly fees are based on 4 weekly visits per month
This equals 48 visits per year. With 52 weeks per year, 4 visits may be missed due to illness, rain or holiday. If these weeks are not used, you will receive these visits for free.
