Your monthly service will include the following:

ü   A complete chemical check includes Chlorine-Ph-Alkalinity-Calcium and Cyan uric acid,

                 liquid and/or tablet chlorine or bromine and/or acid as needed to keep Pool/Spa at an idea chemical range.

ü   Check and/or clean all baskets and bags related to the pool and/or spa.

ü   Check the pump, motor, filter, time clock, and all other related equipment for proper operation.

ü   Skim, net, brush, vacuum as needed to keep Pool/Spa clean of debris

      (some pools will require more time than others. Extra time for cleaning can be added to monthly invoice).

ü   Keep owner aware of any mechanical or chemical problems that may arise.

ü   Keep owner up-to-date on new and cost saving improvements in the Pool/Spa industry.

ü   All Pool Guy route customers will enjoy a 10% or more discount on all parts.

Owner/Tenant Responsibilities:

ü   Maintain proper water level in Swimming Pool/Spa at all times.

ü   Keep all plants and trees trimmed away from Pool/Spa and related equipment.

ü   Run Pool/Spa filter for at least 4-6 hours per day as needed for proper turn over.

ü   Repair or replace bad or tired equipment.

ü   Provide a water hose with close access to fill the swimming pool or spa and

       for the safe mixing of chemicals.

ü   Have solar cover removed for service. Solar cover removal is not covered under my

                                current insurance policy.

Monthly charges:

Ø   Home pool or spa service starts @ $135 per month (Once per week)*

Ø   Commercial pools service starts @ $245 per month

               (2 visits per week in season, 1 visit per week the rest of the year)

Extra charges:

Ø   Complete filter breakdown, clean, and inspection Of all internal and external

      parts. O-rings are checked and lubricated. The filter is reassembled and tested

      and DE is added if needed. Sand filters are extra. This service is performed

      Twice a year (spring and fall). $135

Ø   Spring chemical balance for swimming pools includes Cyuanuric acid, Calcium,

     and Alkalinity levels restored after the rain. Tablets and liquid Chlorine and

     muriatic acid are provided throughout season long for swimming pools

    (residential only). $130-$275

Ø   Spa or hot tub drain and clean. Water is drained, filters are cleaned, inside

     surface is wiped down, chemical levels are restored and controls are checked for

     proper operation. $135

Ø   If Specialty chemicals or services are needed. Prices vary on treatment needed for pool or spa.

Billing Information:     You will be billed on the 1st of each month. Payment is due on the 15^th of that month.

If payment is not received by the next billing cycle, A $25.00 late fee will be added and service may also be discontinued.

               *Monthly fee is based on 4 weekly visits per month.

            This equals 48 visits per year. There are 52 weeks per year, this leaves 4 extra visits per year for illness or a rain-out.

If these weeks are not used, you will receive these visits for FREE.

            The Pool Guy will be closed Christmas thru the first week in January
