        Salt Generator for your Swimming pool

Electronic Chlorine Generator for In-ground pools!
The Aqua Rite is the easiest way for you to sanitize your pool, and keep your pool crystal clear and silky smooth! The Aqua Rite uses common salt (the same salt used in water conditioners) and converts it into "free" chlorine. The chlorine sanitizes your pool and then reverts back into salt. That's right, the salt is recycled and never wears out. With only a teaspoon of salt per gallon, the Aqua Rite produces enough fresh chlorine (up to 1.45 lb per day) to keep a 40,000-gallon pool sparkling clean without the chlorine smell.         Pentair DE Filters
The DE filter is cleaned by backwashing. The filter when pressure increases 7-10 lbs. over  normal operation pressure. However, once the filter has been backwashed, new DE must be added to coat the grids inside the filter. Do this by pouring DE through the skimmer. A simple backwash will not remove all the DE.
A guideline that I follow is 1 lbs. per 5sq ft of filter area after a complete tear-down and clean. Use approximately 75% after the simple backwash.
* 60 sq ft DE filter would need approximately 12 lbs. of DE after a complete tear-down and only 8 lbs. after a backwash. The DE filters come many sizes : 36" 48" 60"*  72"

        Cartridge/Paper Filter

Cartridge filters are mainly used in Spas, Hot tubs and above ground pools. Clean up is much easier. When pressure increases 7-10 lbs. over  normal operation pressure, or the jets in your spa  do not feel like jets anymore  Just spray clean with fresh water. When the filters become stained or discolored, It is time to replace them. You can either measure the length, width, and include manufacturer or if there is a (C-****) on the filter, I can get you a direct replacement.
